The Town Board of Supervisors meets monthly, usually on the second Tuesday of each month. Meetings are held at the Town Hall, 18475 Gillingham Drive and begin at 7 PM. Citizens with requests or comments will be given an opportunity to speak. If a request might require Board action, please contact the Clerk at least two days before the meeting date to be placed on the agenda. Non-agenda items may not be acted on.
Special Board Meetings are called by the Board as needed and will be posted HERE and at the Town Hall 24 hours in advance.
The Annual Town Meeting of Electors meets on the third Tuesday in April, unless otherwise posted. This meeting allows citizens to discuss any items of concern, pass resolutions of recommendation to the Board, and set elected officer’s salaries. The Annual Town Meeting of Electors was held on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at 7 PM at the Town Hall.
The Open Book and Board of Review annual meetings allow citizens to appeal tax assessments. Open Book was held on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, from 10 AM – noon, at the Town Hall. Board of Review was held on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, from 7-9 PM at the Town Hall. For an explanation of both events, more details are HERE. The State of Wisconsin official notice: To Come.

The Budget Public Hearing and Special Town Elector Meeting to approve the annual budget are usually held the 2nd Tuesday in November and will be posted. The annual Budget Public Hearing and Special Town Elector Meeting was held on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, at 7 PM at the Town Hall.
Upcoming Meetings
The Board of Review will meet on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at 7 PM at the Town Hall, for the purpose of calling the Board of Review into session during the 45-day period beginning on the 4th Monday of April, pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 70.47(1). Due to the fact the assessment roll is not completed at this time, the Board of Review will be adjourned until a later date. Directly following the Board of Review meeting, the Town Board of Supervisor’s Meeting will be held.
