PROPERTY ASSESSMENTS:
2026 is a revaluation year per WI Statute 70.05(5), this means that all properties in the township will be reassessed. There is a two-step appeals process if you feel your tax assessment is too high compared to other comparable properties.
Open Book will be held on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, 10 AM–Noon & 1–7 PM, at the Town Hall, 18475 Gillingham Dr. To meet with the Assessor at Open Book, contact Bruce Gardiner Appraisal Service at 608-732-4481, to schedule an appointment.
Board of Review will be held Wednesday, October 28, 2026, 6-8 PM, at the Town Hall. Board of Review is a formal protest of assessed property value. Protest forms are available at Open Book or from the Town Clerk and must be available to the Assessor 48 hours prior to Board of Review.
