Dog Licenses
All dogs are required to be licensed and have rabies shots. Fees are $8.00 per male or female, and $3.00 per neutered male or spayed female. Please send the fee along with the form below or a vaccination slip, and a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the following address: Treasurer Spencer, 18655 Gillingham Drive, Richland Center, WI 53581.
