Driveway Permits
Town of Marshall requires that new driveways be constructed in such a way as to allow for safe entry and exit of vehicles, including emergency vehicles. Sight distance is a consideration along with drainage. If you are planning a new entrance to your property, contact the Town Chair or the Town Road Patrolman. They will make an appointment to view the proposed site and lay out any requirements. Permits are $125.
